So, You really do love Fivestars!

After a couple of tests of other, LESS THAN rewlarding systems, It's very apparent you, our customers truly LOVE our new FiveStars Reward Program. In less than a month 451 of you have joined. That Is fantastic.
Better yet, not only have you joined, you are using it A LOT! Very Pleased to see that as well. So, it looks like we will be staying with FiveStars for the forseable future.
After a couple of grueling trials of other, oh let’s just say “LESS THAN” REWARDing systems the numbers seem to be speaking to me. They are telling me that it's very apparent you, our customers, truly LOVE our new Customer Reward program by Fivestars.com. For those of you that know me, you know… I’m such a numbers nerd but this is so cool. In less than a month 451 of you have joined. I know it’s just entering a number on a keypad (for those that joined in the shop) but almost 500 people actually taking the time to press those numbers into the keypad right before Christmas is just fantastic. With my nerd radar on full blast now, this next part leaves me nearly speechless. No, I can’t seem to put into words to express just how much you are returning and using it again and again AND again. You message is very clear KEEP THIS ONE! We will, YoYogurt Uintah Gardens is a FiveStars.com believer, and thank you for your repeat business, it is greatly appreciated.

With all that said I reviewed the dozen or so FREE rewards to be sure we were showing our appreciation equally. Are we rewarding you, our new in many cases and super loyal customers with an appropriate level of Members Only Discounts and FREE Yummies? From my side most of the rewards seem on track and your feedback has been nothing short of stellar so I think we are fairly close to a win win. Again, we are pleased that you are finding value in our decisions. .
HOWEVER, I did notice a couple items that I felt were note quite up to our standards so I made a couple tweaks to the list, most of which you will probably not even notice but there was one that was substantial enough I felt it important to tell you about it. It’s a higher on the list so it will take a little time to get there but none the less you deserve to know.
When you reach the 750 point level we said Thank You with a complimentary $50 YoYogurt Westside (Uintah Gardens) Gift Card. That amount just wasn’t right so I changed it. Drumroll Please…. I INCREASED your FREE Gift Card to $75, that’s a 50% Savings Increase. Ha! Bet one of you were thinking we were going to lower it (grin) NOPE. We really do value our loyal customers!
That’s enough fun for one day so I will close with this, expect one or two minor adjustments in the next few days. They are small so won’t send out a text message or anything. Our commitment to only send 1 or 2 messages a month is firm and those 2 messages are for exclusive members only discounts, the Important stuff.

Oh, that reminds me, if you choose to stop those text messages do keep in mind that you will not be aware off big BOGO’s offers or of any FREE giveaways. We set this up so you are in total control of messaging and that’s ok with us but I wouldn’t want you to miss out on something big so keep that in mind. You have other options. You can 1) get the Fivestars smart phone app to stay connected 2) visit the website for savings information and your point levels or 3) update your profile with your email address if you prefer. All of which is again totally in your control.
So that’s it. It’s working and we are happy that you are feeling valued… that was our original goal and still is!
